The driver ultimately surrendered to law enforcement officers, halting on Garfield Avenue.

The pursuit commenced before 11:15 p.m. when authorities received information about a suspicious van, sparking the lengthy pursuit across several areas. 

The driver’s route covered a distance from Hawthorne to Paramount and then to South Gate, culminating in their decision to surrender upon reaching Garfield Avenue.

Outcome: No Reported Injuries

Fortunately, the chase concluded without any reported injuries or accidents associated with the incident, minimizing the risk to both the pursuing officers and the public.
