“I don’t want to be high. If I get high, the show is over,” Megan Thee Stallion said at one of her Houston concerts.

Megan Thee Stallion took a moment during her recent Houston concert on June 15 to address a concern in a now-viral video.

The “Hot Girl Summer” singer, born Megan Pete, paused between songs to ask concertgoers to refrain from blowing marijuana smoke in her direction while she performed. With grace and humor, Megan made her plea for a breath of fresh air.

“No, no, no, don’t turn the fan off,” the 29-year-old rapper said when a small fan began to blow air in her face. “I said, don’t blow that weed by me.

I don’t want to be high. If I get high, the show is over,” she joked. “I’m going to the hospital, call the police.” The crowd responded with laughter but seemed to respect her request.
