Jonas Brothers tour dates rescheduled due to Nick Jonas’ illness

The band has revised their Mexico concert dates for August.

Nick Jonas’ Health Update: 

In a joint video posted to The Jonas Brothers Instagram and Nick Jonas‘ individual account on May 3, Nick, 31, shared some unfortunate news with fans. 

He explained that he had been feeling unwell for a few days, experiencing symptoms such as a lost voice, fever, body aches, and a sore throat. After a doctor’s diagnosis of Influenza A, Nick made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming tour dates in Mexico City and Monterrey.

Heartfelt Apology to Fans: 

Expressing his remorse, Nick conveyed his disappointment at not being able to perform for the fans who had traveled to see the shows. He acknowledged their unwavering support and apologized for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation. 

Despite his eagerness to take the stage, Nick emphasized the importance of prioritizing his health and recovery.

Rescheduling the Tour: 

Assuring fans that the canceled dates would be rescheduled, Nick assured them that the Jonas Brothers would make every effort to “make this right.” 

The trio is committed to returning to Mexico City and Monterrey as soon as possible. Nick signed off the video with gratitude for the fans’ understanding and well wishes, expressing hope for a swift recovery.

Tour Plans Moving Forward: 

The recent leg of the Jonas Brothers tour, featuring Nick alongside his older brothers Joe and Kevin, had been scheduled to conclude in Monterrey on May 7. However, due to Nick’s illness, these dates will be rescheduled. 

The tour is set to resume on September 9 in Belfast, Ireland, allowing Nick time to recuperate and return to full health before hitting the stage once again.
