Reports reveal that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s Los Angeles property is a sprawling 38,000 square feet of sheer luxury. It features 12 lavish rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, a high-end salon, indulgent spas, and even a badminton court for their active lifestyle.

Hollywood power couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been spotted house-hunting in New York, adding to their impressive real estate portfolio. Interestingly, their Los Angeles mansion has an intriguing history, having once belonged to Indian couple Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal.

The Lavish Los Angeles Mansion

Located in the prestigious Beverly Hills area, the sprawling mansion spans an impressive 38,000 square feet and offers luxurious amenities fit for A-list celebrities. 

Boasting 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and an array of entertainment facilities, including an indoor pickleball court, gym, salon, and spas, the property exudes opulence at every turn. 

The highlight is a 155-feet long infinity pool, perfect for soaking up the California sun, along with expansive outdoor spaces, including an outdoor kitchen and lush lawns.

A Celebrity Real Estate Deal

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck acquired the LA home from Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal in June last year, reportedly for over $61 million. 

This acquisition came after Ben sold his Pacific Palisades home for $28.5 million in 2022, while Jennifer parted ways with her Bel-Air property for $34 million in October of the same year.

Isha Ambani’s Connection

Isha Ambani, daughter of Reliance chairperson Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, spent a significant portion of her pregnancy at the Los Angeles mansion. 

Isha and Anand, who tied the knot in 2018, welcomed their twins, Krishna and Aditya, in November 2022. The couple’s primary residence is the grand Guita mansion in Mumbai, gifted to them by Anand’s parents and valued at ₹1,000 crore.

A Celebrity Gathering Spot

The LA mansion also served as a gathering place for celebrity friends, including Priyanka Chopra, who hosted a screening of the Gujarati film “Chello Show” at the property ahead of the Oscars. 

The film had been selected as India’s official entry in the Best International Film category, adding another chapter to the mansion’s star-studded history.
