On Thursday, August 1, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna celebrated their son Riot Rose’s first birthday with a heartwarming tribute on social media. The rapper, 35, and superstar singer, 36, shared a series of touching images and videos, marking the special occasion.

Heartfelt Tribute from Dad

Rocky took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos and videos, along with a sweet message for his son: “HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY TO MY 2ND BORN SON RIOT ROSE MAYERS ❤️.”

The first photo captured a tender moment of Rocky sitting on a couch with Riot and his older brother, RZA Athelston Mayers, 2, both dressed in adorable sweatsuits. While RZA sipped on a bottle of juice, little Riot contentedly sucked on his dummy.

A hilarious video featured Riot lying on the floor by a couch, with the camera panning to his older brother RZA, who didn’t seem very impressed. A close-up clip also showed baby Riot having fun with an eye mask on what appeared to be an airplane.

Riot Rose’s Arrival and Famous Debut

Riot joined the family in 2023, following the birth of Rocky and Rihanna’s first son, RZA, in May 2022.

Even before his birth, Riot made headlines around the world when Rihanna announced her pregnancy during her spectacular Super Bowl halftime show performance in February 2023.

The singer and entrepreneur, who has been in a relationship with Rocky since 2020, debuted her baby bump during the performance, delighting fans while wearing a red bodysuit on stage. The family of four later posed together for photos, marking the first public images of Riot, in September 2023.
