Event Details:

The highly anticipated Wireless Festival is set to make its return to Finsbury Park, London, from July 12 to 14, promising a thrilling three-day experience filled with top-tier musical performances.

Headliners:

London-born rapper 21 Savage, fresh off the release of his third album “American Dream,” expresses his excitement at headlining Wireless for the first time. 

Nicki Minaj, celebrating the success of her latest album “Pink Friday 2,” will headline the Friday night, while Doja Cat, known for hits like “Paint the Town Red,” will close the festival on Sunday night.

Diverse Lineup:

The festival boasts a diverse lineup featuring artists like Future, Ice Spice, Asake, Tyla, Sean Paul, Gunna, Rema, Digga D, and Uncle Waffles. Organizers promise a “mind-blowing weekend full of show-stopping moments,” with additional acts yet to be announced.

The Wireless lineup was exclusively revealed on 1Xtra Breakfast with Nadia Jae. The festival is recognized as the “biggest celebration of contemporary black music in the UK,” with Nadia expressing the excitement of 1Xtra being part of the event.

Headline Slots and Feuds:

Nicki Minaj’s headline slot is eagerly anticipated, especially following recent beef with Megan Thee Stallion. Despite the controversy, Wireless organizers and devoted Nicki fans, known as Barbz, are hyped for what promises to be an iconic performance.

Ticket Information:

Weekend tickets, starting at £258.25, will be available for purchase on Wednesday. Two-day tickets begin at £175.50, and day tickets are priced from £94.60.

Wireless Festival’s Ongoing Presence:

Wireless Festival secured a five-year deal with Haringey Council, ensuring its presence in Finsbury Park every summer until at least 2027. Drawing about 50,000 rap, R&B, and hip-hop enthusiasts each year, the festival remains a staple celebration of contemporary black music in the UK.
