CHP Response and Victim Account

Video footage captured a California Highway Patrol (CHP) officer conversing with the victim, who had pulled over her SUV and contacted authorities.

The victim, whose identity remains undisclosed, informed officers that her vehicle had been targeted with gunfire while she was traveling on the freeway.
