Igniting the Wild Within: How the Women Gone Wild Series is Sparking a Global Movement

More than ever in history, women are rising to unprecedented heights, one book series that has captured the essence of this unstoppable momentum is the Women Gone Wild book series founded by visionary entrepreneur Rhonda Swan and partner for brand expansion Jules Schroeder.

We sat down with Rhonda to learn more about The “Women Gone Wild” book series and learned that “This book isn’t just a collection of stories—it’s a revolutionary movement designed to empower women across the globe. With the grand vision of creating a “Wild Woman Awakening” movie by 2026, Swan confidently expresses this initiative is set to inspire millions and ignite the wild spirit within every woman.”

The Birth of Women Gone Wild

Rhonda Swan, author, entrepreneur and CEO of the Unstoppable Branding Agency founded the *Women Gone Wild* series with a singular mission: to amplify women’s voices, share their stories, and inspire others to break free from societal expectations. Known for her powerful insights into business, personal development, and authentic storytelling, Rhonda’s vision for the series is to awaken the wild, untamed power that resides within every woman.

“As women, we are often told to quiet our intuition, to stay within the lines drawn for us by society. But within each of us is a wild spirit—a force of nature—that, when unleashed, can change the world,” says Swan. “Women Gone Wild is about giving women permission to embrace that wildness, to share their truth, and to rewrite their own narratives.”

Expanding into the Latina Market: Mujer Salvaje

Recognizing the global demand for female empowerment, Women Gone Wild is now expanding into one of the largest and most dynamic markets—the Spanish-speaking Latina community. The new Spanish version of the series, titled Mujer Salvaje will be led by Latina powerhouse Hazel Ortega, who will spearhead this exciting venture.

Hazel Ortega, a celebrated entrepreneur and motivational speaker, is leading the charge for Mujer Salvaje, a groundbreaking anthology that will feature the stories of 25 inspiring Latina women. These stories will highlight the unique challenges, triumphs, and experiences of Latina women who have embraced their inner wildness, stepped into leadership and created transformative change in their lives and communities.

“Latina women are a driving force in today’s world, and their stories deserve to be told on a grand stage,” says Ortega. “With Mujer Salvaje, we are empowering Latinas to share their journeys, their struggles, and their victories. This is about showing the world that the wild woman within transcends borders and languages.”

A Movement Rooted in Empowerment

The Women Gone Wild series quickly became a beacon for women seeking to step into their power, combining personal stories of transformation with actionable wisdom. Each book in the series celebrates women who have broken free from limitations, shattered glass ceilings, and found their true calling by trusting their instincts and unleashing their inner wildness.

The timing couldn’t be more perfect. Globally, women are making significant strides in business and leadership. In the United States alone, women accounted for 47% of all new entrepreneurs in 2022, a massive increase from just 29% before the pandemic. Additionally, women now hold 33.5% of senior management roles worldwide, an encouraging rise from previous decades. However, despite these gains, the journey is far from over. All-women teams still receive only 1.9% of total venture capital funding, highlighting the persistent challenges women face when it comes to securing the resources needed to grow their businesses.

“Women are stepping into leadership roles and building businesses at an unprecedented rate, but we still face barriers—especially when it comes to access to capital and opportunities,” says Swan. “Through Women Gone Wild and now Mujer Salvaje we’re not just telling stories; we’re showing women that they are powerful, capable, and deserving of every success.”

Bridging the Gap: The Mission of Women Gone Wild

At the heart of the Women Gone Wild movement is the belief that sharing our stories has the power to create lasting change. The series has inspired countless women to step forward, tell their stories, and lift each other up. Swan’s vision for the movement goes far beyond the books themselves—her grand plan is to produce a Wild Woman Awakening movie, set to debut in 2026/27. The film will bring these inspiring stories to the screen, amplifying the message to a global audience and continuing to fuel the empowerment of women everywhere.

“The Wild Woman Awakening movie will be the culmination of everything we’ve built with the Women Gone Wild series,” says Swan. “It will showcase the strength, resilience, and unstoppable power of women who have embraced their inner wildness. Our goal is to inspire even more women to step into their power and create positive change in their lives and the world.”

The Future is Female—and It’s Wild

As the Women Gone Wild movement continues to grow, the impact on the global stage is undeniable. Women are reclaiming their voices and their power, and they are doing so in ever-increasing numbers. With women now comprising 20% of board director seats worldwide and 33% of senior management roles, the future is brighter than ever for female leadership. Yet, the movement remains grounded in its core mission: to empower women to embrace their authentic selves and share their stories without fear.

“Women are awakening to their potential, and there’s no turning back,” says Jules Schroeder, Swans business partner in their new company, Wild Global . “When women come together, support each other, and share their stories, we create a ripple effect that spreads across the world. That’s what Women Gone Wild and now Mujer Salvaje are all about.” Says Schroeder.

The Women Gone Wild series is not just a literary phenomenon; it’s a rallying cry for women to break free from the constraints that have held them back for too long. Through the power of storytelling, the series is encouraging women to unleash their inner wildness, embrace their intuition, and rewrite the rules of success.
