Mia Bellona : The Beauty Coach with A Difference 

Mia Bellona is a Beauty Coach and qualified nurse that works with private clients across the globe to help them achieve life lasting changes thanks to her neuroscientific approach to beauty. 

With an extraordinarily varied academic education that ranges from almost a decade of classical music studies at a professional conservatory to a full type rated European Air Traffic Control License, Mia has juggled the demands of working and studying, all her life.

Mia started working in the luxury fashion retail during her years of university. She was naturally gifted for personal shopping and styling, and she soon became the personal sales advisor for overseas customers at a prestigious boutique in Madrid.

Once she graduated as a Nurse she decided to move to the UK, and ever since she has lived between UK, Spain and the Middle East.

Over the years, she has gained valuable insights in specialized healthcare fields including plastic and reconstructive surgery.
As an operating room nurse specialist, she has had the privilege to work side by side with remarkable surgeons and professors in biomechanical engineering.
This solid background and knowledge of the human body structure enables her to identify with great ease her clients’ aesthetic concerns and areas for physical improvement.

However, the differential value of her practice lies in her deep understanding of childhood trauma and its connection to self-image.
She further explored the concept of home, beauty and its impact on identity for two years with undergraduate studies in Interior Design.

Having experienced herself a traumatic home life, Mia is able to bring together the learnings from her own inner work, her rich knowledge on all aspects of beauty and her training as a trauma informed practitioner to offer her clients a blueprint where the physical and the metaphysical connect, allowing their beauty to radiate inside out.
