The son of musician Sean “Diddy” Combs has been charged with sexually assaulting a female on a yacht during a family vacation in St Martin in 2022.

Allegations in Lawsuit

Grace O’Marcaigh has filed a lawsuit in a civil court in Los Angeles, accusing Christian “King” Combs of physical and sexual assault. Sean Combs, Christian’s father, is also named in the lawsuit for allegedly aiding the assault.

Previous Investigations

The lawsuit comes amid a federal sex trafficking probe facing Sean Combs, with his properties recently raided as part of the investigation. This lawsuit adds to a series of serious sexual assault allegations against both Sean and Christian Combs.

Details of the Alleged Assault

According to the court document, O’Marcaigh, who worked as a steward on a luxury yacht, alleges that the vessel was often filled with intoxicated individuals, suspected sex workers, celebrities, and drugs.

She believes drinks served to her and other women may have been spiked with drugs, leading to alarming incidents of people panicking or passing out.

Premises Liability Claim

Sean Combs is named as a defendant in the lawsuit for “premises liability,” as he chartered the luxury yacht. The lawsuit contends that he turned what was supposed to be a wholesome family excursion into a hedonistic environment.

Incidents of Assault

O’Marcaigh claims that Christian Combs insisted she drink tequila with him and then became violent when she tried to leave, groping her and forcibly kissing her. She also alleges that he attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him in the yacht’s cinema.

Response and Alleged Cover-Up

The Combs family’s lawyer, Arron Dyer, has dismissed the allegations as “lewd and meritless.” However, the lawsuit includes transcripts of recordings made by another individual present during the incidents.

O’Marcaigh alleges that her complaint to the ship’s captain was not taken seriously and accuses Sean Combs of paying off the crew to keep her complaint quiet.
